Michael Grube

Co-Founder · The AI strategist

Before co-founding FlockFactor, Michael Grube earned a master's in Instructional Technology and spent over a decade in leadership development and organizational strategy. He is a Senior Leadership Consultant at AIIR Consulting, where he advises Fortune 100 companies and leads the firm's AI Practice. His background spans instructional design, digital forensics, and emerging technology — a combination that shapes how FlockFactor approaches every engagement: diagnose the real problem, build the system correctly the first time, and make sure it holds up under scrutiny.

Michael Laszlo

Co-Founder · The systems builder

Before co-founding FlockFactor, Michael Laszlo built and scaled a multi-million-dollar e-commerce business — designing every internal system himself: bookkeeping, inventory, advertising, legal compliance, and workflow automation. He then consulted independently on KPI dashboards and reporting infrastructure for small businesses. He has spent his entire career building the systems businesses actually run on, which is exactly what FlockFactor operates for its clients.
