Privacy policy.
We collect as little data as possible and we don't sell or rent any of it. This page explains what we do collect and why.
What we collect
- Intake form submissions. When you fill out the apply
form, we store your name, email, business name, website, budget
range, and any notes you include. We also store the IP address and
user-agent of the submitting browser to help filter bot
submissions. Submissions are stored in our Supabase database
and emailed to
intake@flockfactor.com. - Aggregate analytics. Standard server-side request logs (path, status, response time) for operational debugging. We don't run third-party analytics scripts (no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no Hotjar). Privacy-respecting first-party metrics may be added later; this page will be updated if so.
What we don't collect
- Cookies for tracking, advertising, or cross-site identification.
- Behavioral data via heatmap, session-replay, or pixel tools.
- Newsletter or marketing-list subscribers, unless you've explicitly opted in (we don't currently run a list).
How we use it
Intake submissions are used solely to evaluate fit and respond to the applicant. We will not add you to any marketing list, share your submission with third parties, or use it for anything other than replying to your application.
How long we keep it
Intake submissions are retained while the inquiry is active and for two years after the last contact, then deleted. If you'd like your submission deleted sooner, email intake@flockfactor.com from the address you submitted and we'll confirm deletion within 7 business days.
AI crawlers and content training
We explicitly allow Google, Bing, OpenAI (GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ChatGPT-User), Anthropic (ClaudeBot, Claude-SearchBot, Anthropic-SearchBot), Perplexity (PerplexityBot, Perplexity-User), and Apple (Applebot-Extended) to crawl this site. We don't host any of your data on pages crawlable by these bots — your intake submissions are stored in a private database, not on the public site.

Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the
